Not every new technology helps your business. Choose by customer journey, editing and daily tasks before following trends.

Faster where it matters
Lightweight pages can reduce unnecessary loading, but framework names prove no performance. Images, scripts and suppliers still matter. Review user data and mobile enquiries; a score is only one signal.
Management people actually use
A small brochure site may not need a large CMS; a shop or newsroom has different needs. Try a practical editing task and examine permissions and handover. More blocks may create needless complexity.
AI as scoped assistance
AI can prepare content, design and code with sources, limits and review. An agent is not automatically a connected process. Integrations, publication and consequential actions require separate controls and agreement.
Migration without losing value
Inventory URLs, content, enquiries and connected services. Preserve useful work and redirect only to genuine successors. Test before publication and keep a rollback route. A redesign is no reason to silently discard value.
