Practical knowledge
AI in your business: start with one task
AI is useful when the task and review responsibility are clear. Start with one example, not a promise to automate everything.

Choose a verifiable outcome
An article draft, social ideas or a scoped code change has a recognisable endpoint you can assess before it has consequences. Autonomous sales or customer service is much broader and needs different sources, rights and controls.
Include business knowledge
Explain the offer, audience and unsuitable claims. Provide appropriate sources and examples. A model may invent missing information, so it should ask or stop. Convincing wording is not evidence of correctness.
Test time and quality
Compare the current task with a pilot, including input, review and corrections, not only generation time. Define unacceptable errors and approval. Discuss usage and capacity only once the task works sufficiently.
Treat integrations as a separate step
A demo does not mean your CRM or website is connected. APIs, permissions, privacy, error handling and approval need their own arrangements. Sophia, Sam, Riley and Cody show scoped examples; further setup receives a proposal.
Practical checklist
- Which task recurs?
- What does approved output look like?
- Who reviews and what must stay manual?
